Delivery, Returns & Refunds

A Quick Guide

We consider your custom important and as such we have detailed policies, as listed in our customer service pages, informing you of the conditions by which we operate. If you have any further questions relating to our delivery or returns policies then please feel free to contact the Tapes office.

Delivery

The Royal Mail's delivery costs have risen sharply over recent years. As such, we've been forced to change our price structure and delivery costs. However, we want to ensure that you don't pay more than you have to, so our delivery costs are based on weight in the same fashion as the Royal Mail.

Our delivery costs are calculated based on your country. There are three regions: United Kingdom, European Region (as defined by the Royal Mail) and the Rest of the World. The latter two categories are likely to have their consignments sent by Royal Mail Airmail. The additional cost will be automatically calculated and shown on the basket when this option is selected.

Large consignments may be divided into two or more packets if this is more economical. We recommend getting in touch with the office for large orders outside of the UK so that we can arrange the most cost efficient means of delivering the goods to you.

How Long Does it Take to Arrive?

We hold reasonable stocks of the more popular items but occasionally it may take an extra day or so to produce items for a large order.

We attempt to process your order within 1 working day of receiving it and send it for delivery within 2 working days. However, CCF Tapes relies upon the services of a third party, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ there are unfortunately a few occasions when they fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. If you require something urgently please contact our office by phone or email. Equally, if the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact our office within 7 days of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

"I want to cancel my order in full"

You can cancel your order in full before it is dispatched. If your cancellation request is made up to the point at which your order is dispatched, we will stop the parcel from being sent out and offer a full refund if payment has already been made. Once the parcel has been dispatched you may return it for a refund less outgoing mailing costs. Please email us at sales@ccftapes.co.uk before doing so. The return postage is your responsibility.

"I want to cancel part of my order"

You can cancel part of your order before it is dispatched. If your cancellation request is made up to the point at which you order is dispatched, we will repack the parcel and offer a partial refund if payment has already been made. Once the parcel has been dispatched you may return the unwanted part for a partial refund. Please email us at sales@ccftapes.co.uk before doing so. The return postage is your responsibility.

"I have changed my mind about my purchase"

If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item, unused, in its original condition along with full packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery for exchange or a refund.

Only the cost of the goods will be refunded: you will have to pay the carriage costs yourself unless the reason for return is established as being an error on our part, whereupon we will refund the carriage costs directly to you.
